Best customer service

As an independent artist, I've been using Printumo for my canvas prints for a while and I'm really impressed. The print quality is excellent, and the frames look amazing. What really sets Printumo apart, though, is their customer support. Sam's support has been the best. He dealt with all my queries quickly. So friendly and always helpful. Thanks, Sam! I highly recommend Printumo to other artists.

This company were great to deal with from start to finish. On emailing them you get a real reply from a real person! The print that arrived was superb - almost unidentifiable from the original - and it came beautifully and perfectly framed.

5 stars to Printumo

I've been using Printumo (print-on-demand) for the past few years for my webshop, where I sell posters and canvas prints. And I'm VERY happy with them. As a small business owner, it's really important to me to have a partner I can rely on. Whenever a customer places an order, Printumo takes care of the printing and shipping directly to the customer. It makes the whole process so much easier and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of. Their customer service is also great. Whenever I've had a question or needed help with something, they've always been quick to respond and happy to help. I'm genuinely very happy with Printumo and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable print-on-demand partner. Best - Maria fra Ida Publishing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've had a very positive experience with Printumo. The quality of the prints and framed canvases has been excellent, and my customers have been very happy with their orders. What stands out most is their customer support. Always responsive, helpful and willing to resolve any issues quickly. It's reassuring to have a reliable production partner that genuinely cares about its customers. Very happy with Printumo and definitely recommend them to other artists!

Just about to set up my shop with them and connect to Etsy. The print sample I ordered was great and I'm very much looking forward to seeing where my journey with them takes me!

Excellent printing quality

The quality of the printing was as good as the original artwork. Very happy with the results on canvas as I was reluctant to go for it initially. The frame was perfect too.

I had a very annoying issue on my webshop which I wrote to Sam at Printumo about. Within less than 24 hours it was fixed and one print was sold! I honestly cannot fault any of the dealings I've had with Printumo and I will continue to recommend to my community. Thanks!!

The package arrived quickly and the packaging was very good. When I opened the package I was delighted by the quality of the print and how sturdy the frame was. Everything was superb and I look forward to setting up my shop. Thank you Printumo.

Super friendly staff and customer service. Print quality is amazing and I love the framing of the canvas. Super excited to add these guys to my store when I'm ready! JoliArtes

Easy to order, lovely prints

Easy to order, easy to set up as print partner. The prints i ordered look so good, lovely frame and the unframed wrapped round beautifully. Delivery was good by FedEx, maybe some options to drop locker would have been good, but probably the items were too big. Thank you.
